Home sweet home – welcome to Signature Properties Mudgee HQ
We’ve been hinting at our BIG SECRET for a little while now, and we are so excited to finally share … we have an office space!
Our new office, located at Shop 1/ 52 Lewis Street (close to the Mudgee CBD), is the perfect spot for us to lay our heads, as our business continues to grow. The new office has been a true labour of love – we fell head over heels for the beautiful cottage and knew it would be ideal for our first official HQ, but it needed a little TLC. We’ve been busy painting, styling, and fitting out the space to transform it into a functional office – with that unique signature we’re so well-known for.
We’ve been lucky to have the incredible eye and handiwork of Fiona Fagan (interior designer and author), who has custom-made curtains and guided our styling, Mase Property Services, who have assisted with all the handyman jobs, M & V Rayner Air Conditioning and Electrical who have provided electrical expertise, and Mountain Signs, who have installed all our exterior and window signage. We’re also proud to have a stunning painting by Dubbo artist Kyah Wilson on our wall – Kyah’s work really brings an important rural flavour to our new space and we’re thrilled to showcase her incredible talents.
So, why have we decided to open an office?
Well, a lot has changed since we opened Signature Properties Mudgee in 2015. Our business and team have expanded, and we’ve simply outgrown our previous office space. With the addition of our new property manager Meagan Gardner and a growing client portfolio, we felt the time was right to look for a new location. The search to find the right premises has been lengthy – we’re never ones to settle and were keen to find a space that was centrally located, amenable to host office facilities but also fitted with the Signature Properties Mudgee brand. When offered this charming building on Lewis Street, we knew we’d found “the one” – a character-filled premises in the right location, just waiting for new tenants! We’re already enjoying having a bigger, more custom-fit space to work, and being more centrally located within the Mudgee CBD.
While our office location may have changed, our ethos hasn’t. We remain the same Signature Properties Mudgee – agile, client-focused, and result-driven. We will continue to keep in touch with our clients (whether it’s by phone, email or over a cup of tea in the office or elsewhere), visit our tenants in their homes where they feel most comfortable, and offer the same outstanding level of service. Our new office simply allows us to enhance our current offering and support the growth we have experienced in the business. It’s a fresh place for our team to come together and discuss all things real estate – a space to meet, collaborate and learn – and will continue to be by appointment only.
Our new office is just the latest development for the Signature Properties Mudgee team – we are SO excited for what’s still to come in 2021.
