Edwina Smith is the director and licensee of Signature Properties Mudgee. She looks after the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales appraisals and campaigns, inspections and open homes, investment property appraisals and campaigns, and rent reviews and collection.
Edwina started her real estate career in 1999, and brings experience, exemplary communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and dedication to her clients to the business, making her the preferred agent to manage investment properties in the Mudgee region.
Originally from Coonamble, Edwina holds firm to the country values of honesty, hard work and integrity – qualities she continues to bring to her every-day life and business.
Edwina is well-known for her “can-do” attitude and determination to succeed, building her business from scratch to where it stands today, as Mudgee’s boutique, independent property investment specialists.
Edwina is proud to call Mudgee home, and enjoys the sense of community and the fantastic lifestyle the region offers.
Edwina also holds a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is also a current member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and the Mudgee Business Chamber.
Edwina was named as a finalist for the REB Women in Real Estate Awards 2020 – Regional Property Manager of the Year and the 2020 NSW Real Estate Institute Awards – NSW Property Manager of the Year.
