Established in 2015, directors Edwina and Derek Smith initially identified a niche market to offer a specialised service to investors, starting Mudgee’s only real estate agency solely dedicated to property management.

In 2021, following demand for an integrated real estate offering, Signature Properties Mudgee added sales to its portfolio.

It now proudly offers clients a fully connected property management/sales/investment suite.
