New year, new technology, new team member

Welcome to 2021 – we made it!

We are thrilled to kick off the new year with some exciting new developments for Signature Properties Mudgee.

Firstly, we’d like to officially introduce our new team member, Meagan Gardner.

Meagan started her property management career in Mudgee in 2020, with a background in finance and banking. She is a fully licensed real estate agent, with a passion for the needs of landlords and tenants. Meagan has been part of our team since late last year and has already been a welcome addition to our office, with her organisation, warm presence, and drive for all things digital. Welcome aboard Meagan – we are so happy to have you!

2021 has already been a year of technological advancement for us (and it’s only January!) as we introduced several new processes to make life easier for our clients. Thanks to the team at Inspection Manager, we’ve introduced paperless handover condition reports – no more of those lengthy paper reports! This has definitely simplified the process for tenants moving in and reduced our carbon footprint. We are also in the process of bringing in new tenancy application forms, which will be available shortly on our website, and are much more user-friendly.

Drum roll please for the other new addition to our marketing suite … our new “for lease” signs! These signs are sleek, simple, and classy – they’re in a league of their own and very different to your traditional real estate sign. We are absolutely IN LOVE with them and have already enjoyed popping them out and about in Mudgee. A huge thanks to Adrian from Mountain Signs for his design and production skills.

If this month is anything to go by, 2021 is going to be another massive year for Signature Properties Mudgee – we can’t wait. Watch this space for new listings, new marketing and all things property management.
